Delivery
We aim to process retail orders within 2-3 working days. If you order before 12pm we will dispatch the same day.

We may use the following delivery service providers: Royal Mail, DPD and Yodel, depending on the size/weight of your order and availability of services. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order. Dispatch and delivery times are approximate and we cannot be held liable for late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control.
Please be aware that we are unable to deliver on UK Public Holidays.
Express delivery is available for orders placed by 11am, orders placed after time will be dispatched the next day (excluding bank holidays and weekends). Orders placed using our express delivery service will be sent via a 24 hour service (Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD depending on the weight of the parcel). Express delivery is only available for UK mainland orders. Please be aware we cannot guarantee parcels will be delivered next day.
Collection is available at no cost. Please email us at heathandhome@outlook.com prior to making your order to arrange a collection date/time.
Please be aware that some items (heavier/larger items) may incur a surcharge for delivery, we will contact you if this is applicable. Please email us at heathandhome@outlook.com if you would like advice on the delivery services we offer.
We cannot be held responsible if your delivery is lost, stolen or left somewhere else other than the delivery address you provided when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if the delivery address you provided when placing your order is inaccurate. In the unlikely event that your delivery is lost in transportation, please email heathandhome@outlook.com as soon possible so that we may investigate this with the delivery service provider.
To ensure the safe delivery of your item all orders are shipped via a tracked delivery services. As some of our delivery service providers may require a signature we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
We have the right to decline or cancel any order prior to dispatch. In the event of us cancelling your order we will issue you with a full refund, including delivery costs, in respect of that order.
Returns
We hope that you are fully satisfied with the items you have purchased from us. However, if you change your mind about your order please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Goods may be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that all the goods are in an original and unused condition. We cannot refund postage costs incurred by you to return goods due to a change of mind.
We will only refund return postage costs if the items were delivered in error or were faulty/damaged upon delivery. We advise that you use a trustworthy delivery service provider to return your goods and a proof of postage must be obtained. We will not be held responsible for damage of returned goods caused by inadequate packaging. We reserve the right to make a charge not above our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods, or return the goods at our expense.
We take the utmost care in processing and packaging your order. If any goods are faulty/damaged upon delivery please contact us as soon as possible, and within 3 days of receipt of the goods. It may be necessary to ask you to provide photographs of the damaged packaging/goods so that we can decide on the best course of action. If you wish to be reimbursed for the postage costs of returning a faulty/damaged item this must be approved by us in advance of the goods being returned, and the costs being incurred by you.
Once we received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We aim to process refunds within 72 hours of receiving returned goods.
